Email Setup Guide - Outlook 2002 for the PC - POP3

To begin open Outlook XP

1)Click the 'Tools' menu.
2)Select 'E-mail Accounts...' from the drop-down list.

3)Place a dot next to 'Add a new e-mail account'.
4)Click the [Next] button to continue.

5)Place a dot next to the 'POP3' option.
6)Click the [Next] button to continue.

7)Click the [More Settings ...] button.

8) Select the 'Outgoing Server ' tab.
9) Tick the 'My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication' checkbox
10) Place a dot in the 'Use the same settings as my incoming mail server' option
11) Click the [OK] button.

12)Enter your name and e-mail address. (Note: the name you enter here will be displayed on all outgoing email messages).
13)Enter 'mail.itad-nao.com' as the Incoming Mail Server (IMAP).
14)Enter 'smtp.itad-nao.com' as the Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP).
15)Enter your 'email address and password'. (By default Outlook will enter part of your e-mail address as the User Name. Delete this information and enter your 'email address' (for example: me@mydomain.com).
16)Click the [Next] button.

NOTE: usernames and passwords are cAse SensITiVe.

17)Click the [Finish] button.
